I am using HelloTxt to send my text messages to Twitter, FaceBook, MySpace, Pownce as well as Visualgui.com (the right column underneath the search box). Pretty cool little tool. Blogging is so old school nowadays.

My mom, sister and sister’s kids are visiting us this weekend. The rough plan is to take them to Korean BBQ, the National Aquarium, Eden Center, and in particular, the 5th Annual Asian Festival.

For a couple days, we thought we landed our first home. After almost two months, the bank accepted our offer, but quickly dropped us when someone else made a higher deal. Now we know how short sells work. We’re back on the hunt again. Feel bad for our agent. She has been on top of things all along, but the seller agent screwed up.
