Jay-Z’s $150 Million Deal

Jay-Z once rapped, “I am not a businessman. I am a business, man.” The man sure lives up to his words. New York Times‘s Jeff Leeds reports:

The deal answers a question that had been circling through the rap world for months: Where would Jay-Z take his next corporate role? As part of the arrangement, Live Nation would finance the start-up of a venture that would be an umbrella for his outside projects, which are expected to include his own label, music publishing, and talent consulting and managing. Live Nation is expected to contribute $5 million a year in overhead for five years, with another $25 million available to finance Jay-Z’s acquisitions or investments, according to people in the music industry briefed on the agreement. The venture, to be called Roc Nation, will split profits with Live Nation.

G-Unit and Ludacris

G-Unit’s “I Like The Way She Do It.”
Ludacris’ “Stay Together” (Is Luda trying to be a hip-hop peacekeeper?)

Neovagina

A manufactured vagina:

This is genital origami, the cock cut open, carved and folded, crafted by techniques with names like Penile Inversion, the Suporn Technique, and the Wilson Method. The head of the cock morphs into the neoclit. In some methods the scrotal skin becomes the neovaginal canal.

Fooled Me Not!

I got to the sisters’ apartment from work and found my car disappeared. Someone tried to fool me. Wait a minute. The car key and alarm are still in my book bag. I don’t remember handing the sisters my spare key. Without a warning, my car was tolled for violating a visitor’s pass. I just parked my car at the sisters’ and took the bus. I had to pay 125 bucks to get my baby back. Damn! I wish it was just April Fool’s day.

Photographers

These days everyone is a photographer. People simply don’t just enjoy observing the beautiful cherry blossoms. They pull out their camera and just shoot away. I am no exception, but I found people to be more interesting than flowers. So here a few shots I have captured.

Cung Le vs Frank Shamrock

Round 1: Cung Le got speed and kicks. Le is going for the body shock. Good first round. Le appeared to have more confidence.

Round 2: Le seemed a bit tired, but still going for the body shock. Nice kick on the jaws, Le. Good hooks too.

Round 3: More kicks on the jaw by Le. Good combo on the jab. Beautiful drop by Le. Le exhausted. Yet his last kick on the bell finished Shamrock.

Shamrock forfeited. Le became the new middleweight champion. Fantastic job, Le!

Le gave a shout out to his Vietnamese community. Big up, bro!
