Sleeping Better

In the past several weeks, I have been getting better sleep at night. I made several small changes to my routines. I don’t drink coffee anymore. I only take a few sip if my wife had one to satisfy my craving. I do not read at night after the kids go to sleep. I leave my iPhone outside of my bedroom, which mean no more reading on screen or watching Netflix. I don’t blog at night. I also don’t do any personal work at night. I also deactivated Facebook for several weeks. I reactivated today but I am not planning on spending too much time on it.

Getting enough sleep has helped me so much. I feel better. I don’t get a migraine in the evening and at night. My next step is getting back to some leisure exercising like walking and jogging. I need to take better care of myself.
