Scalia Law and ON Designs Updates

Turned Scalia Law site into progressive web app. It was a great learning experience for my web developer.

Changed the typeface for ON Designs back to Acumin and makes it big . I am done messing around with it for now.

On an unrelated note, 24 Ways has kicked off for the season. Expect useful reads until Christmas.
