Reset ProWebType

With the ending of standalone Typekit plans, I am beginning to move my sites off Adobe Fonts. Professional Web Typography is now set in the Source family, which includes Source Serif, by Frank Grießhammer, as well as Source Sans and Source Code by Paul D. Hunt. I am also using variable fonts for the serif and the sans.
